From Boston, Lancashire, Terance Grundy was a chef living in the Westcountry.
He started painting in 1983 and within 2 years found that there was such a demand for his paintings that he was able to give up cooking and paint full time.
"One day O just picked up a brush and started" he said, and he has continued to be entirely self thought.
He carfeully studies the work of other artists eager to absorb their ideas and techniques, but inevitably his own eye for a subject is begining to emerge.
