Clay Connect Antiques - 14-Day Return and Refund Policy
At Clay Connect Antiques, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery for a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, with all original tags, labels, and accessories attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide valid proof of purchase, such as your order number, receipt, or packing slip.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to clayconnectart@gmail.com within the 14-day return window.
- Provide Information: In your email or call, please provide:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back. Please do not send your item back without a valid RA number, as it may delay or prevent your refund.
3. Shipping Returned Items
- Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Return Address: Once you have an RA number, we will provide you with the correct return address.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 business days.
- Rejection: If your return is rejected (e.g., due to not meeting eligibility criteria), we will explain the reason. The item may be returned to you at your expense.
